Warranty Information Subject to provisions described below, this product is protected for one (1) year against defects in material and workmanship. Should a product fail to perform as described above within warranted period, it will be repaired or replaced with the same of functionally equivalent product by manufacturer, as its discretion, free of charge provided you:
(1) return the failed product to us with shipping charge prepaid
(2) repaired product shipping charge prepaid
Replacement products may be refurbished or contain refurbished materials. If manufacturer, by its sole determination, is unable to repair or replaced the defective product, we will refund the depreciated purchase price of product. This warranty does not apply if, in judgment of us, the product fails due to damage from shipping (except shipping insurance purchased), handling, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed or defected. Repair by anyone other than our manufacturer will void this warranty. The maximum liability of us under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product covered by the warranty. Prior to returning any defective product, the end customer must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from us. All defective products should be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid. We will not accept collect shipments. Returns Policy Return of product is accepted provided:
(1) the item is found to be defective or item is not as described, and
(2) request for return is submitted in form of email to us within seven (7) days from the date you received the item, and
(3) the item fails NOT due to accident, abuse or misuse, and
(4) the item has NOT been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, and
(5) the item has NOT had any serial number removed or defected. A replacement will be sent or full refund, less shipping and handling charges (GBP30 or equivalent value in USD / EUR / AUD according to eBay for free shipping item), will be issued when the failed item is received. Normally delivery take 7 to 14 business days (excluding Saturday & Sunday). When the parcel reaches you, please do check all the parts and goods quantity inside before signing it. If there is any physical damage, missing items or wrong quantity, please do not sign it and request the post office or the delivery company to issue some relative certification in order for compensation. (It is legal and reasonable request .Both the Post office and the delivery company have no right to refuse to do so) .Also, please contact us regarding the problem as soon as possible. Once you have signed the parcel, it means that you have no doubts about the products as well as the quantity and the transaction is deemed to be completed. If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyers expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.
