If an item is New, Factory Sealed and has a Manufacturer's Warranty, you must go through the manufacturer for any problems or returns. No exceptions. Products can not be returned for reasons other than defectiveness. All cancellations and Non-DOA returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the DOA guarantee expires.
