I am a Qualified Make-up Artist and Hairdresser and buy all my stock directly from the manufacturers and a warehouse. My stock is always fresh and have not been kept on the shelves for years. I have got a great discount as a sole trader and therefore I can offer you very competitive prices that are most of the time LOWEST on ebay. All the stock is new, unopened and unused, unless stated in the advert. Remember: You don't have to be overcharged! Don't expect the same product costing more or even twice as much to be a better one. It will be exactly the same product but you will just pay more.

MY P&P PRICES ARE HIGHER AS INCLUDE COST OF PACKAGING MATERIALS, TIME TO PACK AND PETROL TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE, THEREFORE THE PRICES OF MY ITEMS ARE CHEAPER. THE TOTAL PRICE (ITEM + POSTAGE)IS STILL CHEAPEST ON EBAY- REGARDLESS!!!!!!I SEND ITEMS TWICE A WEEK - TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS. PAYMENT. I Require Payment on all orders within 3 days. I accept Pay Pal * Postal Order's & Cheques. POSTAGE. All Orders paid by Paypal are sent within 1-3 working days, orders paid by by Postal Order's and Cheques are sent once the payment is cleared. I post Tuesdays and Fridays and I obtain Proof of postage for every Order sent. Please note once orders are posted they are Royal Mail Responsibility. Any Item getting damaged or lost in the post will need claiming for Through Royal Mail's Insurance & Orders wont be re-sent until a Claim Is Satisfied By Royal Mail. If the item is no longer available I will offer you a replacement one or give a refund.

Return policy

Due to strict hygiene regulations we cannot accept returns of items such as Scissors, Clippers, Trimmers, Razors, Hair Extension,  Make-up, Beauty, Hair and Nail Products. They are sold as seen so if you not sure, do not buy as I will not accept the return. Electrical items have 1 to 2 years guaranty with the Manufacturers. Electrical items can be returned within 7 days of receiving, providing they are originally packed, sealed when appropriate, not tested or used. You need to inform me by email within 3 days from receiving that you want to return the item before you send it back. Postage Cost of the returned item is to be paid by the buyer. Goods returned damaged as a result of poor packaging on the part of the buyer will not entitle the buyer for a refund. Also I check every electrical item before sending to make sure they are sent if full working condition. If the item is returned faulty, no refund will be given. Please only buy if you agree with my return policy.
