Our system is not unique and certainly not slower than any other supplier, in fact as one of their biggest international dealers we are likely to supply more quickly than most. 3. Working days does not include weekends, bank holidays or sales made after 3pm each day (where it is impractical to complete the receipt of payment, invoice and arrange shipment of any sale) 4. If this item is not with you within 10 working days please contact us , via any of the following , E Bay message service , direct e mail or telephone , we only want to receive positive feedback and will do all we can to assist you in any query. We will of course always endeavour to make contact with you should there be any known delay in delivering your item outside the times noted above. We do not object to you contacting us to confirm expected delivery dates before this time, but please accept the terms with this product, DO NOT BUY if you cannot wait. We will always deliver in the fastest possible time; we are advising what can happen so as to avoid confusion. 5.
