1. You may return new, unopened items for refund, excluding shipping cost, within 14 days of items arrival. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all included accessories intact. 
2. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged if the buyer reports the problems within 14 days of item arrival. 
3. For all returns, the buyer must contact our Customer Services in writing to describe reason for returns prior to sending the items back for exchange.
4. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to us for exchange. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited. 
5. We will not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that the buyer use a traceable means to ship the product and purchase shipping insurance. 
6. We will notify you by email once we received and processed your returned item. We typically process your returned items within 3 to 5 days of receiving them.
