Payment - Our preferred payment method is through PayPal, however, we also accept Cheques, made payable to 'Just Bundles' (item number and FULL postal address written on the back) and Cash on collection.  ALL international payments should be made via Paypal.  Payment is required within 3 days of confirmed bidding, we reserve the right to re-list items after this time - items can be held for a limited time on prior agreement.

Postage - Your item will normally be shipped within 1-2 working days on receipt of cleared funds (for cheques this can take approximately 7 working days). If the item is urgent we will do our utmost to prioritise it for you, given advanced notice. You will be notified as soon as your item has been dispatched.  All items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Delivery and proof of dispatch is obtained for all items. We aim to provide a good delivery process at a reasonable cost, therefore, we will try to keep the cost of packaging as minimal as possible whilst ensuring safe delivery, all our items will be packaged in durable postal bags/boxes (depending on size). We like to do our bit for the environment, therefore, we like to recycle whenever we can by reusing packaging.  Postage discounts may be available on multiple items prior to payment, please request further details.   International rates can be requested. 

Refunds & Returns - If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have. We accept returns within 7 working days of the date of purchase for a full refund*, provided they are returned to us in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging

*Note: Please be advised that Just Bundles will not cover any additional postage costs for returned products, unless it has a manufacturing defect. We will provide a replacement or a refund upon request.
