EMERGE LADIES SKIRT

This skirt is lovely quality and is stunning with the black and white fabric which, by the way is a stretch. The skirt is fitted at the waist then flairs out. The waist has a black belt and tie in a silky braid that is attached and it has a concealed side zipper.
