DESCRIPTION

Ebay continues to change the rules for us. I now have to charge insurance or not. What to do???? Most of my items are small, paper items with values less than $50. I've decided to NOT force my buyers to purchase insurance for items up to $25.00. After that, I will be including the insurance in my shipping and handling charges as Ebay is now requiring me to do.

I do not normally ship outside of the USA

The only exceptions are if you live outside of the USA but do have a USA mailing address. OR....if you are a buyer with excellent feedback and are willing to pay additional shipping charges. In either case, you need to contact me after you bid (and have been denied) with your bidder ID.I can then choose to except you.

A few comments about shipping. I DO combine within a 7 day period. I would suggest you email and let me know you are still bidding before I send an invoice.
