We accept Paypal or bank deposits. Local pick up is not available. All items must be paid for within 5 days of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made, otherwise we reserve the right to relist the item.  

 All items will be shipped by Express Post within 2 business days of the Seller receiving cleared payment. Once goods have been despatched, the Seller is not liable for any loss, theft or damage arising in transit.  Delivery times vary depending on where you live.  Please allow *1-3 business days after despatch for delivery. Delivery times are governed by Australia Post and are outside our control. If you have specific delivery instructions please notify the Seller before purchasing.

We offer a 7 day exchange service*. If you wish to exchange your item for another size in the same style, simply return the item in the original box within 7 days. Please enclose a note with your name, address, eBay ID and size required together with a return 3kg express post satchel. If the size you require is not available you may choose another style of equal value from our listings. *All items returned must be unworn and the inner or outer soles not have any visible marks from having been tried on. Refunds will only be given where the item is faulty or defective. However, all items are carefully inspected & quality checked prior to shipping. In order to request a return for a faulty or defective item please contact us for a return authorisation.

We are based on the Gold Coast in Queensland. We love shoes and are constantly sourcing the latest styles to add to our collection.  We only sell footwear from manufacturers or suppliers we know and trust, so you can be sure of the quality at every day low prices. Buying shoes on Ebay can be confusing as there are definite variances in sizing between the brands and also styles which can be significant and lead to disappointment so care should be taken. We size test all our items to AU standards and aim to give you as much information as we can to assist.  

We welcome any sizing questions or concerns you may have. Its always better to ask first! We have found many of the international sizing charts to be downright unreliable and often misleading so we won't use them. As a general guide select the size your normally wear in heels then read the specific listing for width fitting recommendations. Our advice is to know the actual width of your foot and compare that to the specific recommendations in each listing. Ask the Seller questions if you are still not sure. Remember, the more accurate the measurement and the more questions you ask, the more likely you will buy shoes that fit you!  Next to diamonds, shoes are a girls bestfriend as long as they are the right size! So we decided to make up our own sizing reference chart based on what Buyers tell us and our experience. Like any other chart it is not Gospel or foolproof, nor a substitute for good old communication between a Seller and a Buyer. We have found the following size ranges works quite well but even then there are small tolerances either way.

We emphasise this is an approximate guide only for Australian sizes, and remember the importance of asking questions before purchasing, as different styles AND brands do influence sizing outcomes.

Not all manufacturers offer half sizes so sometimes it is not be possible to achieve the desired fit - if that did occur, we would recommend you choose a different brand. Our listings will always show the AU size as well as US if applicable.
