RETURN POLICY
We stand proudly behind the products we sell. For that reason, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date that you receive the item. If the item is defective, DOA, or does not match the description, depends on the case, we will either grant a full refund (including shipping charges that you paid) or exchange for another item. We will assume all the costs of the exchange.
For return items that do not originate from our mistakes, we will not cover the shipping cost back to us.
Here are some additional restrictions to our return policy:
- Brand New items with price over $150 will be charged a restocking fee of 15% if opened. This is to cover the cost that we have to incur when selling as a used item.
