We charge sales tax for all orders that ship to New York. This is required by New York State Law. The current rate is 8.125% and is only charged on the price of the item(s), not the Shipping fee. Most orders under $20 will not encounter any fees. For orders over $20 you may have to pay fees upon receipt of your order depending on your county’s rules and regulations. Here at DNI Electronics we have one of the best return policies available on the internet. Every order we ship comes with our Standard 30 Day Warranty. The warranty period begins at the date of arrival for orders placed in the United States. For International orders, the warranty period begins when your order clears US Customs. Returns to DNI Electronics are only available within the 30 Day Warranty period unless an Extended Warranty was purchased. After 30 days, if your product is under warranty by the manufacture you will still be covered, but under their policy.
Defective Returns
If your order arrives defective or stops working within the Standard 30 Day Warranty period you will be eligible for a replacement, similar product exchange, or refund. If the product has been damaged from improper use, handling, or any other self-inflicted means you will not be able to return your order.
Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return an order for a non-defective item, it must still be within the Standard 30 Day Warranty period. If the item has not been opened from the manufacture’s packaging you will be eligible for a similar product exchange or refund. If the item has been taken out of the manufacture’s packaging you will be eligible for a refund, but will be charged a 10%-20% restocking fee at our discretion.

Standard 30 Day Warranty
Every order with DNI Electronics is backed by our Standard 30 Day Warranty. For orders placed inside the United States, your 30 Day Warranty Period begins on the day your order arrives. For orders placed outside of the United States, your 30 Day Warranty Period begins when your order clears US Customs.
Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty
Most products we sell are also backed by the manufacture for a period generally ranging from 90 Days to 1 Year. For exact details about the coverage you will need to visit the manufacturer’s site. DNI Electronics will not be held responsible if the manufacture refuses to accept your claim.
Extended Warranty
Along with our Standard 30 Day Warranty, we offer an optional Extended Warranty for up to 3 years of additional coverage.
We offer two different options with our Extended Warranties: a 1 Year plan and a 3 Year Plan. You can purchase an Extended Warranty any time within 30 days of your order. If we are unable to repair your product we will either send you a replacement, similar product exchange, or a full refund of your purchase price. Please contact us if you would like you purchase an Extended Warranty.
