Ø  The preferred method of payment is Bank Deposit directly into the company account Electronic Zone Pty Ltd.  

Ø  Paypal available for all Australian buyers, we do not accept international payments or bids.

Ø  Pick up available only from Parramatta NSW 2150 (we require 24-48 hours notice prior to any pick-up order)

 

 

Terms of Sale

 

All our products have been described to the best of our ability, photos and images have not been enhanced to improve the sale.

 

All payments must be made within 5 days of auctions end. 

 

We do not refund unless the goods are faulty, not fit for the purpose (don’t do what they are supposed to do), or do not match our description. To obtain a refund you must return the goods within 14 days and not dispose of, lose, destroy or damage the goods.

 

 

 

Warranty

 

All our online products come with standard 12 months warranty, extended warranty options are available for 12, 24, 36 and 48 months.

 

Extended warranty will be offered during the checkout process for all purchases.

 

 

 

Shipping Details

 

All our products are shipped and delivered within 1 - 5 days from time payment has been received. Out of stock products will require additional 3 - 5 days for delivery.

 

For all pick up orders you must provide 24 - 48 hours notice.

Q - Is it possible to view the product before purchasing?
A - Our business platform is based on sales through ecommerce (online). All our products are stored in a local warehouse which awaits our instructions on logistics. We have an Administration and Sales office based in Parramatta, where you’re more than welcome to meet us in person and make your payment directly.

Q - Is this a brand new product? Not refurbished? Does it come with an invoice and warranty?
A - All our products are brand new and sealed in a box.  All purchases come with a tax invoice, 12 month local warranty and extended warranty options are also available. We do not sell any refurbished or used products, this is against store policy.

Q - How much is postage for my product?
A - Postage is always calculated for each product and listed under the auction or sale price. The postage fee is calculated at a flat rate, regardless of what state you are located. Some selected products are not available for delivery and will be listed as pick-up only.

Q - Can I pick up my product? Will I save on postage cost?
A - Any product that is purchased through our online store can be picked-up form our SYDNEY office only. We require 24-48 hours notice prior to any pick-up order and you will save on postage cost.

A: Thank you for your interest.SAMSUNG TVs can only us SAMSUNG 3D GLASSES. The glasses dont have anything to do with the blu-ray player you are using.
