Claiming from your Private Health Insurance provider for our frames, plus or minus lenses.

When you pay for any of our frames, plus or minus lenses, you will receive an email telling you we have received your payment. This email contains our ABN number, our address and a description of the frames/lenses you have bought. If you print out this email this is all the information needed to make a claim from your private health fund.

We are registered with Medibank, NIB and now HBA. Defence Health will also honour a claim for our items. So don't forget to claim because it may be that your refund will cover the total cost of frames bought from us, in other words you could get your frames for free!!

Shipping and handling costs.

We aim to post your items the business day following receipt of your payment. We will also combine shipping if you buy more than one item in a seven day period.

Great care is taken with packaging to ensure your items arrive in A1 condition.

Postage in Australia is by registered post which automatically includes insurance of up to $100 and costs $9.50.

Postage to the USA and the rest of the world is $13.50 by regular air mail.

We will post worldwide.

Refund Policy
