MIKE MILLER 2005-2006 TOPPS CHROME #78

2005-2006 Topps Chrome Card of Mike Miller.  Card #78.  NrMt-Mt.  If you're trying to complete this set--you're at the right place at the right time!!!  All Non-Rookie Cards will be priced between $.79 - $1.59.  Trust me on this--the collation of this set makes it very difficult to complete.  After purchasing (See Below) now approximately seven boxes (give or take a few packs)--I still need thirty-three cards to complete a set!!! 

MARKET REPORT:  Due to the positive response from last year's market report of 2004-2005 Topps Chrome, I decided to take another crack at it this year.  I am an avid collector of Topps Chrome cards.  They are, without a doubt, my favorite cards to collect!  The bottom line for this years version (after purchasing 4 boxes) is:  4 Boxes/24 Packs each (total of 96 packs); 4 Cards per Pack (total of 385 Cards).  1 Jersey card (unless you're very lucky and pull an autographed card instead) per box & 1 Uncirculated Blue Refractor card (#'d to 90) per box.  I averaged 6 regular Refractors (#'d 999) per box; 3 Black Refractors (#'d 399) per box; and 1 Gold Refractor (#'d to 99) per box!  Though I did not like the design of this year's regular Topps Cards, the Chrome versions come across with tremendous appeal--especially the refractors!  The only down-fall on this product is the poor collation of the cards.  After purchasing 4 boxes, I'm still in need of 50 cards to complete a set.  Furthermore, I have 183 duplicates (and triplicates) to contend with--good news for you!  This year's set is  much larger then in the past.  A total of 248 cards including 50 Rookie Cards and 55 NBA Development League Cards (NBDL).  The significance here is that all of those NBDL cards are "true" Rookie Cards (much like Minor League Baseball Cards) with the added bonus of knowing that several of these players will make it to the NBA--unlike  players from other professional leagues.  Over the next several days I will be listing all of the refractor cards and duplicates either onto eBay's auction block or inside my eBay Store.  One final note, for those who have never purchased from me or followed one of my cards at auction--I always raise the price of my cards that fail to sell at auction--to recoop the listing costs--so it's best to bid.  Best of luck with your bidding & happy collecting!
