This is a handsome tureen with lid by Booths Silicon China dating c.1910.

It is 7 inches/17.5cm to the top of the lid and 9 1/2 inches/24cm wide and in excellent condition.  It has some crazing commensurate with age and some loss to the brown painted edging.  Transfer printed with additional hand decoration.

Please bear in mind that items of some age can quite naturally have flaws, paint loss or manufacturing ‘dings’ and whilst I always try to point these out in my description, some antique pieces may not be perfect.
