Stretch puckered scoop neck tank came with a blouse but the outer tunic was damaged, measures 60-80 inches around the bust from under the arms, 60-80 inches around the bottom, 28 inches from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem, made of 100% polyester and machine washable.  The tag indicated it is a 4x, however, it measures larger.
