This is an Upgrade version and you need to own either Windows XP or Windows Vista previously. It is a Retail Licence and not OEM.

It is 100% brand new and GENUINE. The Product Key (licence key) can be activated online with Microsoft.

Both PayPal and bank deposit are available.

You will get a sealed hologrammed 64-bit DVD with COA but without the normal retail box. The Product Key will be sent electronically to your email address (either eBay email or PayPal email) within 24 hours of payment.

The Product Key is valid for both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions, although as part of this package you will only receive the 64-bit DVD from Microsoft. Virtually all computers these days are compatible with 64-bit Windows, and in fact if you have 4GB or more RAM, you will need 64-bit Windows to utilise all the RAM. However, if you prefer to install the 32-bit version, upon request we can personally burn you a 32-bit DVD free of charge, or alternatively if you have a 32-bit DVD from another Windows 7 purchase, you can also use it instead.

Depending on the Windows you currently have, you may need to perform a "clean install" (reformat), which means you will need to backup your data before you install Windows 7, then reload the data and reinstall your programs after Windows 7 is installed. If you currently have Windows Vista Business, you can perform an "in-place upgrade" (without reformat), unless you are switching between 32-bit and 64-bit. Windows XP and other Windows Vista editions need a "clean install".

It will also tell you if any of your devices are known to be incompatible with 64-bit Windows.
