In the unlikely event that your fabric has a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately.  We will quickly ship out a replacement piece or arrange a return for a store credit or refund. 

Please note that colours and pattern repeats may be different to those shown.  Colours can appear different on a computer monitor than to real life.  Should your fabric not meet your needs or requirements, you are more than welcome to return for an exchange within 7 days of receiving.  Please ask us for mailing address in these instances and let us know you will be returning.  Please note that postage costs are not refundable in this situation.

Should you wash, iron, staple, cut or use your fabric in any way, we will be unable to offer an exchange or refund.

Shipping Costs & Combined Postage:

We love to save our customers when it comes to shipping.  We happily combined postage for items that end within a 7 day period. We will combine costs for all items paid for with one single invoice. 

Insurance:

For peace of mind, we strongly advise the use of registered or express post.  We will only post orders over the value of $50 via express or with insurance to ensure safe delivery of your parcel.  Should your parcel go missing via regular post, we will happily lodge a claim with Australia Post for you.  We do keep all postal receipts.

Shipping Costs & Combined Postage Rest of the World:

All shipping costs are displayed on each listing.  Please note that $8 will be added to all invoices to the value of $50 or more to cover registration and insurance.  This offers peace of mind.

Payment Australia:

We accept payment via direct deposit to our Bendigo Bank Account or paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.  Payment is due within 5 days of auction end please.
