BALI VILLA CANDERI

From the moment you step inside Villa Canderi, you will know you have arrived in Bali.

With only two villas in the complex and located just north of Seminyak in the upcoming area of Canggu a famous surfing spot.

Each of the villas have local friendly Balinese staff to look after your every need, ensuring a memorable stay.

Downstairs villa:-

On entering the villa you are welcomed by the large living/dining area complete with fully equipped kitchen and a 2 door western size large fridge/freezer.

Down the hallway are three oversized bedrooms - the master bedroom with a king size bed, complete with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and both ceiling fan and air conditioning opening onto the garden and tranquil fish pond.

The other two bedrooms have queen size beds, ceiling fans and air conditioning, a shared bathroom and have french doors opening onto the 12 metre pool.

Upstairs Villa:-

Identical to downstairs, also with three bedrooms, each complete with ceiling fans and air conditioning with two of the bedrooms opening onto a sun drenched large deck overlooking the 12 metre pool and waterfall. The master bedroom also complete with ensuite and walk in wardrobe opening onto a 16 metre deck where you will see the local village view and rice terraces.

In the Kitchen

• Fully equipped large kitchen

• Water Dispenser with one complimentary 20 litre bottle (additional bottles cost approx AUD3 per bottle)

  2 Burner gas stove with kettle

• Fully stocked with frypans, cookware, crockery, cutlery ( not that you would want to cook when the housekeepers can do this for a nominal charge (Balinese food)

• Kid friendly designated swimming area at one end of the pool, blocked off to the deep end

• Your villa manager Robert is on call 24 hours a day to attend to your requests or questions.
• Wayan and Ketut, your housekeeping staff will attend to your daily housekeeping.
• Saiful, your friendly pool man will ensure the pool is crystal clear and chemically balanced

By bidding on this auction you agree to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. CHECK IN TIME: 14:00, CHECK OUT: 12.00. Late check out available (up to 20:00) at half the published website rate.

2. Published rates are PER NIGHT in AUD and extra nights can be purchased at these rates.

3. In order to guarantee dates, we must receive 100% of payment either by paypal or bank payment.

4. All sales are final, payment required within 7 days of auction close, No cancellations or refunds.

5. Airport transfers are included in auction rate for one vehicle and maximum of 4 people and luggage. For additional vehicle, taxi rate is approx. 150,000rp (approx AUD20)

6. Winning bidder assumes all costs of travel to Bali, meals, transport, etc.

7. Villa accommodation is subject to availability, so please check dates before you bid. Additional beds are available at $20AUD/nt.

WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP OUT WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: ARRANGING DRIVER & CAR, CAR & BIKE RENTAL, PLACES TO EAT, ETC.

 1. Transport arrangements will need to be arranged as villas in Canggu area are not walking distance to facilities.
