From the moment you step inside Diamond Beach Villa, you will know you have arrived in Bali, with cool ocean breezes away from the hustle 'n bustle of Kuta! This special rate of $150AUD is per night for the villa. There are no discounts on this rate for any special number of nights. Normal rate is $250/nt.

This gorgeous villa is located just north of Sanur in the upcoming area of Keramas, a famous surfing spot and 5 min drive from Bali Safari Park.

The villa has local friendly Balinese staff to look after your every need, ensuring a memorable stay.

The villa inclusions:

On entering the villa you are welcomed by the large living/dining area complete with fully equipped kitchen and a 2 door western size fridge/freezer.

Downstairs there are 2 oversized air conditioned bedrooms - with a king size beds complete with marble ensuite bathrooms, huge wardrobes and opening onto the patios in front of the 10 metre swimming pool.

The upstairs master suite is huge with king size bed and living area with TV, fridge and large verandah with sweeping views of the beach. Another fabulous marble bathroom to complete the suite.

Water Dispenser with one complimentary 20 litre bottle (additional bottles cost approx AUD3 per bottle)

By buying this sale you agree to the following TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. CHECK IN TIME: 14:00, CHECK OUT: 12.00. Late check out available (up to 20:00) at half the published website rate.

2. Published rates are PER NIGHT in AUD and extra nights can be purchased at these rates.

3. In order to guarantee dates, we must receive 100% of payment preferably by bank deposit.

4. All sales are final, payment required within 7 days of close of sale, No cancellations or refunds.

5. Airport transfers are available if required at cost of $40AUD one way for trip, car holds up to 4 people plus luggage. ( Not per person price).

6. Winning bidder assumes all costs of travel to Bali, meals, transport, etc.

7. Villa accommodation is subject to availability, so please check dates before you buy.

WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP OUT WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: ARRANGING DRIVER & CAR, CAR & BIKE RENTAL, PLACES TO EAT, ETC.

1. Transport arrangements will need to be arranged as villas in Keramas area are not within walking distance to facilities.
