  In fair condition with some small tears and creases. There is some ageing (yellowing) but that only adds to its charm. Approx. size is 11 1/2" x 15 3/4".  This advertisement has been stored folded and it will be shipped  that way.  This advertisement would be a great addition to any collection or would make a wonderful gift for that someone special.
