Shipping

Delivery will be via Australian Air Express Courier service and customers will need to provide a daytime delivery address such as a work address and a contact phone number including the area code.

Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful and the delivery address is in NSW or QLD, our courier will leave a calling card with advice for the recipient to collect the parcel from the local Post Office. This convenient service is provided to you at no additional charge. In all other states our courier will leave a calling card asking the recipient to contact them directly to arrange for redelivery (again at no charge). In all cases if the parcel is not delivered within 7 business days it will be returned to us and additional delivery charges will apply.

Returns and refunds

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products still in their original sale condition on presentation of the original Navstore sales docket within 14 days of date of purchase. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

How long till I receive the product?
Items are shipped within 3 business day of receiving the order. We use Australian Air Express to courier your order out. Delivery times will vary from 3-7 working days depending on your location. For metropolitan areas, delivery times are between 3-5 business days. For rural areas, delivery times are 5-7 business days.

When is the best time to contact you?
Our hours of operation are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Outside of these hours, we will endeavour to answer your query as soon as possible. Generally, you should receive a response within 1-2 business working days.

What happens if my unit is faulty or breaks down within 6 months?
Simply contact us at cs@navstore.com.au and we will arrange for your unit to be repaired. You will need to pay for delivery of the unit back to the repair centre
