Buy default we use EMS (delivered by your local post office), because that is the best value for money and it is very flexible in terms of custom tax and duty.

EMS takes about 5-6days to reach your door in Australia provided no delay was made by local custom. Extra 2 days should be expected for American and European buyers.

Though EMS carry items to countries in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa, online tracking MAY NOT be available once the item is dispatched from Sorting Centers in China to capital cities of the above mentioned region because info are not shared by these countries' postal system for reasons I don't know. Buyers from these regions please contact your local post office in 3-4 days as that is how long it takes for the items to land and clear from your local custom.

EMS has a limit of 30Kg for one parcel. We use DHL or UPS for large cargo delivery.

Please be noted DHL/UPS charge you on Cubic Weight instead of Gross Weight. Cubic Weight for our products are mostly greater than Gross weight.

The postage you pay does not include insurance for damages and lost in transit. Luckily, we have few cases of damages and no lost.

However, impacts in transit may, though very unlikely, cause internal damages to some parts that leads to malfunction when item was received. In this case we diagnose the problem and make a decision if that is a minor issue that can be fixed by replacing a part, for which we will then send replacement for free. When a return is necessary, we share 50% of the postage.

Buyers from other countries will return faulty items to China for a replacement.
