· No pick-up is available. We ship using the following couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, Air Mail. The choice of couriers varies according to your country and size of package.
· Items are typically despatched within five business days from receipt of cleared payment. We do not offer next day delivery services. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery time.
· We will email you the online tracking number once we despatch your item. Please make sure you provide us with correct email address.
· It is essential you provide a full, accurate street address and a valid delivery phone number for delivery purposes. We do not ship to PO BOX and APO.
· Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered.
· Shipping Outside Australia : If there is VAT or any Import Duty to pay on the goods due to your country's import rules, the courier will present you with a bill at the time of delivery. In general you will need to pay any such bill to the courier before you can receive the goods. Any such charges are your responsibility and unfortunately we cannot offer advice or estimates about import fees or other taxes in your country.
Return and Warranty Policy
· All return shipping fee will be paid by customer unless we sent out the wrong item.
· The shipping cost returning the product for repair / replacement under warranty is payable by buyer.
· Winshop will cover the shipping cost to return the replacement / repaired under warranty item or part back to buyer.
· Physical damage to a product due to customer improper use invalidates the warranty.
· If you experienced any problem with a product bought from winshop, contact us first and we will do our best to advise you. Most of misuse / technical / installation problem can be solved via email without you have to return the item.
· Any returns must be discussed with us in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
· If an item is listed with "as-is" there is no warranty privileges.
