A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
Paint is permanent, oven fired. Can be put in the dishwasher, but I don't recommend it as may damage paint over time.

Purchase your glass.
Advise design, colours, quantity, font type & writing for each glass, including stem colour.
You can choose just about any font, monotype corsiva & curlz are popular.
Advise when required by.
Please ask for a quote if you want more than 24 glasses as you will receive a discount.
If you purchase multiple items, please wait for an invoice so I can combine the items for you. This way you may save money on postage costs.
If you purchase any item in error, please contact me so we can cancel the transaction. This way you will not get a non payment strike & I can have my fees reimbursed.
I accept paypal, bank deposit & money orders within Australia. If you are outside of Australia I accept paypal.
All glassware is sent express post as it is trackable & delivery much safer.

Exchanges only given if glass is broken during delivery as they are personalised. Please email me a pic of the broken glass & I will replace it for you. Express Post Satchels are insured up to $50 if lost during delivery. If you wish to insure parcel, please let me know & item will be sent registered & I will quote postage costs.
