STUNNING HAND CROCHETED BLANKET RUG
Circa 1970s
 
Beautifully crocheted blanket /knee rug / throw in fabulous retro colours. Crocheted hexagons with an open centre are carefully stitched together and edged with a scalloped edge of cream, beige and black.
A lot of fine work has gone into this gorgeous blanket which has been hand crocheted in fine 4 or 5 ply wool.
Very heavy and warm due to the tight crocheting and the small ply.
 
Stunning draped over a couch and would compliment any kind of
Vintage/Retro/Shabby Chic/Country Decor.
 
100% WOOL
 
I have many of these blankets in my collection and due to my downsizing and changing my decor some of them have made their way to my eBay store. I am lising others this week so check them out.
