PAYMENT

Please contact us no later than 1 day of auction ending. Full payment is due within 3 days of auction ending. Multiple purchases may be made over a 3 day period with payment due no later than 3 days of last auction ending - however please contact us and let us know you are bidding on other auctions, otherwise postage and handling discounts cannot be applied. Contact is to be made immediately after last auction has ended; - we will then send a combined invoice including discounted postage and handling.
NON PAYERS ARE REPORTED AND BLOCKED FROM ANY FUTURE AUCTIONS.

SHIPPING

We post within one business day of receipt of cleared funds. We use Express Post Satchels
and charge a small handling fee which is built into the postage cost.
We accept no responsibility for items once they have been posted with Australia Post;
however in the unlikely event of a parcel going missing we will do all we can from our end to liaise with Australia Post
to help locate the item.

TERMS OF SALE

All sales are considered final; we do not exchange if the item does not fit or if you change your mind.  If you require any further measurements to be taken or if you have any questions at all, email us and we will happily provide you with any information or advice where we can. Therefore we very much recommend that you check your measurements carefully against the stated garment measurements in the listing before placing your bid, as sizes can vary considerably from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you feel we have made a mistake with measurements or representation of an item you have purchased, please contact us before leaving negative feedback; we are very approachable. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will gladly exchange provided we have been contacted within seven days and have agreed to the exchange. We regret that items that have been washed and/or tags removed cannot be exchanged.
