Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.  If I am unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item will be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be lodged.

PLEASE NOT ALL POSTAGE COSTS ARE INCLUSIVE OF PACKAGING FEES INCLUDING ENVELOPES, BUBBLEWRAP ETC.  I DO NOT CHARGE A HANDLING FEE.

When regular post is chosen, once the parcel is in the hands of Australia Post the delivery is out of my control. 

Unfortunately, some items do go amiss in the post.  While I try my best to prevent this from happening I can’t control what happens to a parcel once it leaves my hands.   I am not responsible for items that go missing in the post if your item is unregistered, and I cannot replace items lost in transit, nor will I refund your money If regular post is chosen and your item does not arrive.

Refunds and

Returns accepted within 14 days if the items arrive damaged or were misinterpreted in the Listing. I won't offer a refund if you simply change your mind,

Due to health regulations I cannot accept returns on earrings for a refund, however I can offer an exchange if the item is damaged.

Please send returns back within 14 days in the same condition they arrived in. Original postage costs cannot be refunded and returns sent at buyers cost.

Item will them be resent free of charge.
