IL prodotto integra un buffer di 2MB e tecnologia Buffer Underrun prevention, per evitare errori dovuti alla mancanza di flusso di dati. L'evoluzione del prodotto con la possibilità d'utilizzare i dischi DVD-R Double Layer (DVD-R9) sino ad una scrittura di 8x, dà un ulteriore prova della validità e della versatilità dell'hardware in oggetto.
