This is a PCU Level 7 Type 2 Jacket Shell in size Extra Large.  It is new with tags and has never been worn.

Designed for Special Operations Forces (SOF) as a lighter, more efficient clothing system for a wide range of weather conditions up to the most extreme winter conditions. This parka is designed to fit over the users backpack and adds another layer of protection in severe cold weather. It has a two-way front zipper and added pockets with zipper openings and flaps.
