You can visit us at our retail store or at our website, however, any sales originating from eBay must be finalised through the eBay checkout process, but you're welcome to collect and pay for your item from our store after prior notice, see our terms in this listing. |

Can I pick up my item? |

Yes. All orders can be picked up at our Gawler retail showroom. Items can be paid for at the time of collection or pre-paid.
Pickup times are Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please contact us 24-48 hours before pickup so we can have your item picked and ready for collection. Some items are not available for pickup immediately (as they must be transferred fom our warehouse) so we do require prior notice. |

We accept Paypal and Bank Deposit; or Mastercard and Visa Card over the phone. We also accept EFTPOS or cash when collected in store. Please use the eBay checkout page found within every winning listing or Buy It Now for full instructions on how to pay for your item. |

Do your items include GST? |

Yes, all of our prices include GST. We are a registered Australian company and you will receive a GST tax invoice with each item you purchase. Please contact us if one is not supplied with your order. |

We offer postage discount on items that are combined in the eBay checkout. This is our incentive to you for buying extra items at the same time. Please note that these items must be added together before completing checkout and payment.

My item has not yet arrived. What do I do? |

When we dispatch your item, you will receive an email from us with your parcel tracking details.
If it has been dispatched by Australia Post, it can be tracked at www.eparcel.com.au. If the item has been dispatched via a courier, the tracking details and website will be located in the email we send. Please check the Australia Post website for expected delivey times to your location.
Please note that we can only lodge an enquiry with Australia Post 10 days after the item was sent. |

We ship 95% of items via Australia Post's Registered eParcel directly from our warehouse.
Goods will generally be posted within 24-72 hours during weekdays from receipt of verified payment. We strongly suggest you complete checkout promptly to ensure your name and address details are correct and up to date. |

Certain items are either too long or heavy for Australia Post. In this event, your item will be shipped via a courier. This will be clearly stated in the listing.
Due to different freight costs to different destinations, we will calculate costs once the auction (or Buy It Now) has finished. If you would lke a quote on freight costs prior to placing a bid, please contact us. |

Australia Post's eParcel system requires us to have your full name or business name, and correct shipping details.

Parcels are sent via Registered eParcel which requires a signature on delivery for your security, and is completely trackable.
Australia Post will leave a post office collection card if no one is at the destination to sign for the parcel, and your item will be ready to collect from your local post office.

Although we take great care with packaging your item, accidents do occur.
We offer freight and handling insurance, as we accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. If you take freight and handling insurance, your item comes damaged in transit or never arrives, you are protected.
Without freight and handling insurance, any loss or damage claim arising from transport or handling must claimed directly through Australia Post at the nearest post office to destination by the purchaser. We accept no responsibility for any items damaged in transit if insurance is not accepted at checkout. |

Pick-up is available after prior arrangement from our retail store, as stock must be transferred from the warehouse to the retail store.
You must supply us with at least 48 hours notice, and strictly between 9am - 5pm Tuesday to Friday to avoid disappointment. Pickup is not available Mondays, weekends or after business hours.

In the rare event that a item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock from our warehouse, a staff member will contact you as soon as practically possible, so we can advise of the anticipated delay.
If requested, we will provide a full and immediate refund. |
| Postage costs quoted in listings is inclusive of postal cost, registration for tracking, packaging and handling, and courier handling fees to Australia Post in processing your eBay purchase.
