Brewing Method:
　

  1. Prepare tea with porcelain or glass utensils only. Use boiling water to get maximum results.

  2. use one or two tea bags per cup. pour boiling hot water (150c) over tea bag. cover cup and allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. before serving, stir well to fully release essence of herb. take one cup twice a day after meals. DO NOT add sweetening agent.
