How does it work?

The Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller (needle length 0.75mm, gauge 0.25mm) has 96 finest quality stainless steel needles mounted in the highest quality plastic autoclavable (resistant to 134ºC temperatures) rollers and handle.  Used daily and cared for as directed your Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller will last for 12 months.  The Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller has three separate actions on the scalp.  The needles are designed to penetrate the stratum corneum, the hard outer surface of the epidermal layer of the scalp.  Hundreds of tiny channels are created through the stratum corneum, which facilitate the passage and absorption of Minoxidil into the dermis to increase it’s absorption by the hair follicles. 

The Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller also stimulates blood flow to the hair follicles via direct scalp massage.  The third action of the Hair Restoration Scalp Roller is to gently exfoliate excess skin cells which accumulate in the hair follicles, contributing to hair follicle malnutrition and ultimately hair follicle failure and permanent hair loss.

Does it hurt?

The needles of the Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller are long enough to assist in the penetration of Minoxidil, but will not damage the scalp in anyway.  It is normal for the scalp to be a little sensitive when scalp rolling is first commenced, but most people report no problems after 1 week.  Always use the Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller gently at first, increasing the pressure on the roller as you become accustomed to the sensation of scalp rolling.

Can the Hair Restoration Scalp Roller be used for women and as well as men?

Directions for Clearskincare Hair Restoration Pack

1.      In the morning cleanse scalp and hair normally

2.      Apply your Clearskincare Skin & Scalp Roller onto the area of thinning hair and start rolling it back and forth.   Keep rolling for approximately 2 - 3 minutes.

3.      Apply 1ml of 5% Minoxidil onto the area just rolled, massage gently into the scalp.
