Payments receive prior to 10 am central USA time will be shipped on that day. Payments received after 10 am central USA time will be posted on the following business day. In general we do not ship items on the weekends. During the holiday season (NOV 15- Dec 20) we will ship on the weekends.

First Class mail international is standard (economy) mail. It cannot be insured and may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be delivered to some destinations. In general, First class mail International cannot be “tracked” via customs numbers. We cannot control the speed of mail. If you need your item quickly AND need to be able to track it through customs we suggest you use Priority mail International.

Priority mail International comes with an automated customs number emailed directly to you. Your package has a standard insurance up to the value of the product in most cases. Priority Mail International generally takes 4 to 12 days to deliver to most countries. We do not guarantee delivery time as this is beyond our control
