PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  We also accept Paypal at paypal@spartantech.com.

We accept Purchase Orders from Fortune 1000 Companies, Educational Institutions, Universities, Federal, State & Local Governments (subject to credit verification).  Please call toll free 1-888-393-0340.

We must receive payment within 3 days of auction close.  For “Buy It Now” purchases immediate payment is required.

RETURNS POLICY

All merchandise may only be returned within twenty (20) calendar days from the time the shipment leaves Spartan Technologies.

Software is not returnable under any circumstances.

Prior to returning any item, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No return of any type will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

All returns for credit or exchange must be done within twenty (20) days of the invoice date.

All returns for store credit or refund must be in resalable condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories, if any, provided upon original delivery.

All returns for store credit or refund will be at eighty five percent (85%) of the original purchase price or eighty five percent (85%) of current market price, whichever is lower.

Shipping and handling costs will be reassessed for non-defective replacements.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

Defective Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Seller's discretion.

Spartan Technologies makes no warranty or guarantee of compatibility of any type, implied or otherwise, on all items purchased.

Any extra courier charges resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of any item that is missing or physically damaged in your shipment.

All assembled systems are subject to our return policies, once the assembly of the system has commenced. In addition, there will be no refund of the system assembly fees.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Please allow 7 business days for delivery on any Ebay orders. All shipments for Ebay orders are for delivery during the Monday thru Friday business week. There is no option on our Ebay Store for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. If any shipment is required for delivery on a non-business weekday, please phone in your order. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any orders that include a backordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a request for shipment of all-in-stock items is made (additional charges may apply) please call for details. We ship to all 50 states, and Puerto Rico. Outside of Puerto Rico we do not handle any other international orders. Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at the time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchase are being purchased for the purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
