REFUNDS

 I will not refund your your money if you change your mind or no longer like this item

I take pride in what I sell and do my very best to describe my items as honestly as I can,  listing any faults they may have, I  check ALL items before I post them to make sure they are fully functioning and will email you if there is a problem prior to posting it to you.

  If your item arrives faulty or significantly not as described in my listing, please email me with your concern and if I agree with the fault, I will happily refund your money including the postage that you paid if contact is made immediatly upon reciept of your item.  I will not refund your money for additional postage costs that you incure when returning the item.  

 All refunds are only granted when item has been received within 14 days of item being received by you and remains in it's original  condition as sent. 

Be aware that NO refunds will be issued if the item you have sent back is in a lesser condition than when you received it.

NO refunds will be issued for items damaged in the mail.

I take great pride in the way I post your parcel and will use extra packaging where needed to ensure your item arrives safely, as posting items involves the use of extra material such as tape, bags and bubble wrap there will be a small packaging fee included in your postage costs.

I will post your item once payment has cleared with a handling time of 5 buisness days, often less. If you would like your item in a hurry please contact me to make special arrangements otherwise I post my items twice a week.
