Exchange / Return
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items can be returned for replacement, refund or exchanging for a different size or colour subject to a re-postage charge. Refunds will be minus postage.

We will only send replacement items once the parcel company confirms the item is lost. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the parcel company though we normally choose next day delivery for most of the UK mainland customers.
4.Additional Postal Charges. the P&P cost--£15.49 is for UK mainland buyers, excluding the areas AB31 and above, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above and ZE; Additional £10 postage to the following areas: AB31 and above, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above and ZE. 5. Customer self-collection: Customer self-collection can be arranged with extra charge £3.00.
6. WHEN I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER Once payment is received your order will be processed within 48 hours Mon-Fri, unless states otherwise on the advert. However, we aim to dispatch all orders the same working day (excluding any public holidays and bank holidays) if payments have cleared before 11am.
It normally takes 1-3 working days(Mon-Fri) depending on your location once the item is dispatched because we use Next day Delivery courier or First Class Royal Mail Parcel service.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you though we may use recycled packaging material environmental friendly.
