Added benefit of our radiators: All our towel radiators are DUAL FUEL. A dual fuel radiator can be used as any other radiator when the central heating is on, but when the summer time comes, an internal electrical element allows you to warm just your bathroom/towels without having to switch the whole central heating on. This type of rail connects to your heating system and to a fused spur. This is economically the best option today! Our radiators can be used by connecting to central heating only, to an electrical element only or BOTH. Valves and / or electrical elements need to be purchased seperately. 

A qualified plumber and electrician can fit our dual fuel radiator. In order to fit our heated towel radiators as dual fuel, your plumber just needs connect it to your central heating system using valves and additionally fit an element to the bottom of the towel rail at the same time, with the use of a T piece. Just like a standard electric towel rail a dual fuel towel rail will be hard wired into a fused spur which looks different but does the same function as a 3 pin plug. Your fused spur can have an on/off switch. Fused spurs are common term to electricians and connection is no problem.

To ensure the highest level of quality, each radiator goes through a four-stage inspection process and is rigorously tested in accordance with the latest European radiator manufacturing standard EN442.

During the manufacturing process the silver brazed welds are tested to a pressure of 13 bars, and then thoroughly tested for leaks, verifying the integrity of the product. Each radiator undergoes a two stage painting process, giving an exceptional sparkling finish.

SASCOM chrome plated collection undergoes plating of 40 microns of copper and 15 microns of bright nickel prior to chrome plating. Our chrome collection has a minimum of 60 microns of chrome thickness ensuring our radiators have significantly higher corrosion protection and premium quality finish.

All our radiators are built and finished to a very high standard, providing a quality product to all our customers. Our manufacturing processes are all monitored, controlled and audited to the ISO 9001 quality standard.

Orders received Monday to Friday before 13:00 will usually be despatched same day and normally arrive within two working days. Our delivery charges are at cost price as follows:

Business Post 48: £8.99 (UK mainland only)

Business Post 24: £12.99 (UK mainland only)

Business Post 48 (Ireland, KW, DD IV, PH, AB, PA, BT): £16.99

Please check item for any damage before acccepting delivery. If the item is damaged in any way please DO NOT accept the delivery as this will enable us to claim the costs back from the couriers, and re-ship a new item to you immediately.

All goods must be checked on delivery and not signed for until you are satisfied. If in doubt please sign as damaged and report to us within 48 hours - claims for damaged items will not be otherwise accepted. Terms such as Unchecked or Not Checked are taken as clear acceptance of goods. No responsibility can be accepted for any claims once the item is fitted.

Faulty parts must be returned to us under the guarantee (at your own expense), then we will send replacement parts at our expense - we sell spare parts at cost price.  All responsibility of goods lies with the buyer once they have been received.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations 

You may cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched, and a full refund will be provided. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a credit against other goods or a full refund (collection charges apply) within 7 days of delivery and subject to the following conditions:

• Goods must be in their original condition and in their original box and packaging. Any opened packaging must be resealed for collection
• You are responsible for handing the goods over to the collection courier in perfect condition
• A refund will only be issued after goods have been inspected and are deemed to be in a saleable condition
• Carrier costs are not refundable

We do not refund carrier costs either way. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) reach us in good condition and we will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned items so please ensure you take out the correct insurance cover.  The customer must arrange for the return.
