Payment Policy:
Payment must be made within 7 days of sale ending. If you have a problem with payment please notify us immediately and other arrangements can be made.
Non-payers who do not inform us may be sent an unpaid item notice and after a prelonged period of non-payment, item may be relisted. Repeat notices may also lead to suspension of account by ebay and user blocked from future purchases.
If paying by bank deposit or electronic bank transfer, please leave an ID (e.g. ebay user name) so we can clearly identify your payment. Failure in doing so may lead to payment not be acknowledged and delay in sending of item/s.
Payments by electronic bank transfer and bank cash deposits may take up to 3 business days to clear, depending on the bank. Payments by e-cheque can take up to 7 business days to clear.
Shipping and Combined Postage:
All items will be shipped using Australia Post. It may take up to 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia and up to 10 or more business days for international customers. Estimated delivery times are dependant on the postal service and are out of our control.
We offer combined postage for both local and international customers. Please contact us for combined postage costs and if you require this service.
Express post can be arranged at an additional cost.
Item Returns/Refunds Policy:
We will accept the return and/or refund of items which do not significantly match the item description in the lisiting.
If you feel that your purchase warrants a return/refund, you must contact us  before returning the item to us. If we accept the item can be returned/refunded you must return the item to us promptly in the original condition it was sent to you. You must pay for the return of the item (which we will reimburse in the refund). As soon as we receive the item back in its' original condition, we will notify you and process the refund immediately.
Item returns/refunds for purchases due to buyer's error, change of mind or other circumstances which is not at the fault of the seller, will be at the discretion of the seller. If you are unsure of the status of your purchase in regards to this, please email us and we will investigate your case on an individual basis.
In some cases, we may be able to provide you with an item exchange. This will depend on our current stock and availability.
Problems or Complaints Handling:
Please address any problems or complaints directly to us through the ebay message service. We will endeavour to resolve any problems or complaints you may have promptly.
The leaving of bad feedback without consulting us will hamper the resolution process. We encourage you to communicate with us prior to leaving bad feedback. Thank you for your help and assistance in this matter.
