Return Policy

If returning an item for ANY reason, you MUST include your name, address, telephone #, Ebay item #, email address, and reason for return. ALL returns must be shipped in original packaging, PREPAID, insured, via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground.  All damage claims MUST be made within 7 days of SHIPMENT date. Do not return damaged merchandise. Contact us via email and we will give you instructions.

We strive to have top quality merchandise at the lowest possible price. We normally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment excluding weekends and holidays. On rare occaisions, it may take a few days longer. We are a very busy store, and we do make a mistake or two at times. If you have any problems with your order, simply contact us and we will make every effort to correct it.  Remember to ask questions prior to bidding. Communications are top priority. If you live in anywhere outside continental US, such as, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, etc,  you may incur additional s/h charges.
