Loss or damage goods policy

Delivery
Delivery times given in this store are indicative only. Escential will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this web store once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.
If however, delivery has not been effected after 30 days from the indicative delivery date the customer may treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event.
If Escential does not have the particular products in stock, Escential will contact you, the buyer, and informing of the general date of availability. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with that Escential undertakes to refund the money.
Refunds and Returns
If you are not happy with your product for some legitimate reason, escential perfumes is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. The customer will pay all freight charges and must contact escential perfumes within 14 days of receiving the product.
Shipping
Escential Perfumes offers 2 types of delivery methods.
Standard Delivery which is with Australia Post. Delivery takes between 2-6 working days anywhere in Australia. Australia post deliveries is a $10.00 flat rate applying Australia wide.
Tracking numbers of all your products are issued with every purchase except regular post.
Couriers Please & FastWay Couriers is a flat rate of $12.00 which applies within Australia. Courier delivery is two to five working days for all orders interstate.
Please note that for your privacy and security all orders must be signed for upon delivery. We do not accept liability for a delay in the event that there is no one to receive the order at the delivery address. Any additional resending costs will be by the customer.
